As a consultant, Ariel supports mission-driven organizations in shaping their narratives, strengthening outreach efforts, and building engagement strategies that work. Her experience spans public policy, advocacy, and recovery support—ensuring that critical conversations reach the people who need them most.
Previously, as a political appointee for the Biden-Harris Administration at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, Ariel planned and executed public engagements that reached thousands, advancing essential policy conversations. Her work has also included leading collegiate recovery initiatives, mentoring future leaders, and designing media-driven campaigns to shift narratives and reduce stigma.
Now based in Michigan, Ariel continues to help organizations tell their stories, engage their communities, and create meaningful impact. She specializes in strategic messaging, content creation, and storytelling that drives change.
