Ariel Britt

FOUNDER

Ariel Britt (also known as Air) is a relationship-centered leader who believes in the power of community, courage, and clear communication. With more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and social impact work, she has helped launch equity-driven initiatives, led national programs, and supported mission-driven organizations in building the structures they need to grow with intention and purpose.

Her work lives at the intersection of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling—helping organizations find their voice, deepen their relationships, and drive meaningful change. Air’s career spans public policy, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and the private sector, working across systems to center community voices and move work forward with care and integrity.

Previously, as a political appointee for the Biden-Harris Administration at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, Air planned and led public engagements that helped bring critical policy conversations to life. She has also built and led collegiate recovery initiatives, mentored emerging leaders, and created media-driven campaigns aimed at shifting narratives and reducing stigma.

Now based in Michigan, Air remains deeply committed to helping organizations tell their stories, grow their impact, and build stronger, more connected communities.
