Ariel Britt
FOUNDER
Ariel Britt (also known as Air) is a relationship-centered leader who believes in the power of community, courage, and clear communication. With more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and social impact work, she has helped launch equity-driven initiatives, led national programs, and supported mission-driven organizations in building the structures they need to grow with intention.
Her work sits at the intersection of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling—helping organizations clarify their message, strengthen relationships, and move meaningful work forward. Air’s career spans public policy, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and the private sector, where she has worked across systems to center community voices and support thoughtful change.
Previously, as a political appointee in the Biden–Harris Administration at the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, Air planned and led public engagements that helped bring critical policy conversations to life. She has also built collegiate recovery initiatives, mentored emerging leaders, and developed media-driven projects focused on shifting narratives and reducing stigma.
In 2019, Air created Beauty in the Grit, an award-winning podcast that shared true stories from her journey in recovery and the people she met along the way. At its heart, the project was about hope—and the belief that honest storytelling can open the door to healing, connection, and change.
Now based in Michigan, Air continues to help organizations tell their stories, clarify their work, and build stronger, more connected communities.
